Privacy Policy

The Kling family respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It’s in plain language on purpose. If anything is unclear, just ask us.

Who we are

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect what you choose to provide: usually your name, email address, phone number, the topics you check, and your message. We use it to reply to you, to send our newsletter if you ask for it, and to keep in touch with partners. We do not sell it.

Donations

We don’t process donations on this site. Gifts are made through Servants International, Inc. and its payment providers (Cornerstone, PayPal and Every.org). When you give, their privacy policies apply to the payment information you provide.

Information collected automatically

If you accept cookies, our analytics tools record standard technical information about your visit: pages viewed, approximate location (city level, from your IP address), the site or search that referred you, your device and browser type, and how long you stayed. We look at it in aggregate and don’t use it to identify you.

If you decline, these tools don’t load at all. No analytics cookies are set and no visit data is sent.

Cookies and analytics

• Strictly necessary. These are needed for the site to work and to remember your cookie choice. They are always active.
• Analytics. Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, loaded through Google Tag Manager, help us see which pages are useful. They load only if you accept.

We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we never sell or share your personal information for targeted advertising.

Your choices

• Choose Accept or Decline when the cookie banner appears. If you decline, the site still works fully.
• Change your mind at any time: reopen your cookie choices.
• Clear cookies and site data in your browser to reset your choice.
• Install Google’s Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to opt out of Google Analytics everywhere.

How we share information

We share information only with the services that help us run this site and reply to you (our website host, our email provider and the analytics tools named above), and only as much as they need to do that work. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, or to have it corrected or deleted. California residents have these rights under the CCPA as amended by the CPRA. To make a request, contact us using the details above.

How long we keep it

We keep messages and correspondence for as long as we need them to stay in touch with you. Google and Microsoft keep analytics data on their standard schedules, in aggregate.

Security

This site is served over encrypted HTTPS, and we take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children’s privacy

This site is for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children.

Links to other sites

We link to partner ministries and giving platforms. Their privacy practices are their own, and this policy doesn’t cover them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top always shows the current version.
